I was shown men meeting secretly in different locations and discussing different political policies and in this meeting I saw that it is Prime Minister Putin who is really in control.

Spirit guided that the Russian people are being manipulated by men in power who decide who will run for candidacy and who are hiding their true business and political motives to show a false image to the world.

The establishment of the pro-military "Patriot Park" in 2015, was a part of the manipulation of the Russian people, predicted by Vine.

Before "Fake News" became the prime weapon for Brexit and Trump, the construct of ‘Alternative Truth’ was being honed in Russia by Vladislav Surkov, known as the Gray Cardinal, The Puppet Master, Putin’s Rasputin and the Grand Manager of Propaganda.


Surkov refined the art of the constant lie that confounds the truth, in which there no longer seems to be any ‘truth’, only ‘alternative truths’, where lies become indiscernible from the truth. He was a big fan of Reality TV and once visited the set of the Russian version of "Survivor", where he realised that "if reality can be faked on TV, reality could be faked in reality" - (This American Life podcast: "The Other Mr President, see below).

In recent years, Surkov was in charge of Kremlin's Ukraine policy and was the architect behind the disinformation presently surrounding the war with Ukraine.

The Russian 'Managed Democracy'

- It just means there is no democracy

In 2011 when Putin was Prime Minister and Vine correctly predicted that he would regain the Russian Presidency, she also saw "different political policies" being discussed.

Surkov had been involved with Putin’s rise to power after Boris Yeltsin, but in 2012 when Putin was again President, Surkov’s different political policy, the construct of a Russian "Managed Democracy" (the facade of a democracy with no actual democracy behind it), was fully employed by Putin, just as Vine predicted.

Protest leader and critic of corruption in Russia, Alexel Navalny, has been sentenced to 5 years jail in a trial seen widely as a means of discrediting the opposition leader and halting Navalny's hopes of running for Mayor of Moscow or for President against Putin in 2018.

Navalny's supporters say this proves President Putin is a dictator ruling by repression.

Vine's prediction about undemocratic things happening behind the scenes in Russia, continue to come true.

Finally, Vladimir Putin was returned to the Russian presidency just as Vine predicted would happen. Vine's prediction was 100% accurate.

Another one of Vine's predictions coming true in 2011. Vladimir Putin is running for presidency in 2012 and this is exactly what Vine predicted in May this year. According to the BBC news reports the current president Mr Medvedev will run for Prime Minister and Mr Putin will have a third go as being the President of Russia.

Vine predicted:
